At the end of a long day, nothing beats a good meal of baby lobsters.

I used to have this stuff all the time before I left China. My mom would take me out on the streets after work on her scooter, and we’d eat either this stuff, or claypot, or both. I know we can get this in Canada as well, but the spices and such just isn’t good enough when compared to the Chinese variants.

My cousin is apparently a big fan of it, and he can eat the lobsters much faster than I can, haha.

There will be more food!
